Many professions outside of software engineering seem to start at the basics and move their way up, we seem to be a bit of an outlier :) My thought behind the title is that most developers are new developers (less than 5 years experience), and for some large portion of them, the title is literally true. They would be better served not using a high-level framework in my opinion. Thanks for the read.
